Had a car emergency and the owner personally came in early to help me out. They were very transparent on pricing and never tried to convince me to do anything beyond fixing the issue i came in for.

Really happy with the service here. They were honest about what needed to be fixed and didn’t try to add extra things. The price was fair and the work was done on time. You can tell they actually care about their customers. I’ll definitely come back again.

These guys are really good and knowledgeable. Their rates are very affordable for a student like me who cannot spend much on an old car.My brother attends their Burnaby branch for service and he refered me to them. I'm definitely keeping them as my machanic.

Second visit with G and S Auto and once again they were super helpful. I laughed my car with them while travelling and communicated with them through WhatsApp and they worked on all kinds of things that the car needed especially my quirky old car. They diagnosed some stuff which a previous mechanic was unable to do a few months earlier. My flight was delayed getting back so I couldn’t make it during business hours, but they came back to meet me late that night, so I could pay and make it home.

They are honest and unlike dealerships will not do work that doesn't need doing. Good prices, good service, good skills. My Audi Q5 has had no issues these last 5 years with GS Auto.
